Providence Baptist Homes
In 2004, God brought some children across Bro. Dorr's path that were in dangerous circumstances. The next month he asked for prayer in his letter for these children and the many other children in our area that are suffering. Through that letter God began to lead Bro. Dorr's son-in-law and daughter, Markie and Christy Bullock. They came to Mexico in 2005 to start Providence Baptist Homes where they served eight years. Markie and Christy and their two sons Nick and Sam are now planting a church in Spain, but the ministry to love, house and train children at risk is continuing on. There is now a girl's home, a boy's home and dormitories for older boys and girls who are in the boarding school. The need is tremendous and our burden for these children continues to grow.
